碎砂機(SHO)
本機對砂模施加高振動，可迅速分離產品、砂箱及砂子高效率的機械 ， 其振動通過安裝在主機側面的振動馬達，為了本體與馬力的能力的平衡 ，有效地對除砂起作用而設計。

- 標準型：震動體1台，震動馬達2～4個
- 連結型：震動體2台，震動馬達2～4個／台 (主要為長砂箱和大模砂箱的崩潰使用)
碎砂結構說明
震動體由鋼板製成，完整的焊接接合，是具有能夠充分承受衝擊力強度的設計，連接處格子板為了能夠承受巨大的衝擊，用大量的螺絲將其固定在震動體上。另外，振動主體藉助特殊彈簧被彈性支承，傳遞到地基上振動變小了。
