特長
- 水冷管沒有散熱片，沒有砂堆積問題。
- 使用多段式冷卻閘層，冷卻漏斗裏面的沙子在均勻冷卻的同時下降，砂溫度的偏差變小。
- 可根據入口砂溫，增設冷卻段數。
- 砂從上方到下方一邊與冷卻管的外周接觸一邊根據自重慢慢移動。
- 依靠安裝在砂櫃中間的水冷套使砂的溫度降低。
- 冷卻水通過泵浦從最下段的水冷套送入在冷卻管中一段段上升從最上段的冷卻塔返回。
- 冷卻部的砂變為設定溫度以下後從下部汽缸砂門被排出。
