鐵分離裝置系列：HDS
- 本機械是指，位於不銹鋼製滾筒內側設置永久磁鐵，使滾筒約半圈形成磁區之機械。
- 本機械構造是將支撐永久磁鐵的軸固定，僅使外側不銹鋼製滾筒回轉，使磁性物吸附、搬運。
- 為了讓所吸附、搬運的磁性物容易從滾筒脫離，和防止表面的磨損，本機械在滾筒表面有安裝刮板。
構造
(１) 供給的原料，由滾筒的磁極面供給，隨著滾筒的回轉運送。
(２) 磁性物吸附於滾筒的表面，隨著滾筒的回轉運送，在磁極的最終端處，因刮板刮落，從磁性物排出口排出。
(３) 非磁性物（鑄物砂）供給於滾筒表面，但在滾筒回轉途中，從滾筒表面帶離掉落，從非磁性物出口排出。
(４) 滾筒是由減速馬達藉由滾輪鏈條驅動回轉。
