We were pleased to have Instructor Vicent Chen from the CP Yen Foundation lead the training for senior and mid-level managers from both factories. Through "dialogue" guidance, mutual feedback among participants, team reflection, and other activities, this program aimed to strengthen teamwork, enhance leadership skills among managers, and foster teamwork and cooperation.
